How do I book accommodations?

  • By telephone: To discuss your requirements, i.e. type of accommodation, date of arrival, duration of stay, pets, preferred location, budget, etc.
  • By e-mail: Complete this form, providing as much detail as possible about your requirements.
  • We will contact you promptly and send profiles and photographs of all suitable properties.
  • If you have a contact or representative in Montreal, we would be happy to arrange for them to visit and inspect the property for you at no additional charge.
  • Once a rental property and cleaning option have been selected, (see Cleaning Service, below) we will hold the property for you for ten days.
  • A lease and an invoice for the security deposit and the first month’s rent will be sent to you for signature and payment (please note that an additional security deposit may be required for pets over six kilograms).
  • Once we receive your signed lease and initial payment, your reservation will be confirmed and we will coordinate your arrival details.

How are rental payments made?

  • Month-to-month rental fees are billed two weeks prior to the monthly anniversary date of the lease.  For example, if you arrive on the 16th of the month, each month’s rent will be invoiced two weeks prior to the 16th for payment by the 16th of that month.
  • Month-to-month leases are automatically renewed for the next month unless you notify Execuscape in writing of your desire to cancel the lease.
  • All month-to-month rental fees are due in full by the monthly anniversary date of the lease.
  • Non-payment of month-to-month rental fees will incur late fee charges at the rate of two percent (2%) per month.
  • Detailed billing is provided for all business or concierge services.
  • The initial minimum rental period for month-to-month rentals is one month.  If, after one month, the tenant is required to stay for only a portion of a month, the monthly rental amount will be pro-rated over a 30-day period.
  • Yearly leases are billed two weeks before the 30th of the month and are payable on the first of each month.
  • All rental fees can be paid by wire transfer, certified cheque or in cash.
  • All invoices are issued and payable in Canadian dollars.

Cancellation policies:

  • Leases for a period of one year may be cancelled by paying a three-month rental penalty.
  • Month-to-month leases may be cancelled with two weeks’ written notice.

Arrival guidelines:

An Execuscape representative will meet all tenants at the rental unit between the hours of 9 am and 8 pm.  The representative will discuss the property, amenities and neighbourhood and answer any questions.

All premises are provided to each new occupant clean and with all necessary household utensils, equipment and appliances in good working order.  If any problems arise during the term of the lease, please report them to an Execuscape representative immediately and we will resolve them promptly.

Cleaning service:

The rental premises are always provided clean.  For the remainder of the term of the lease, tenants may clean the premises themselves or have Execuscape arrange for regular cleaning services for an additional fee.

At the end of the lease, the premises must be vacated and left clean; otherwise, cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
